Notre équipe de soutien de l’indemnisation est en première ligne, recevant toutes les demandes d’indemnisation et procédant à l’ouverture des dossiers. Elle fournit un support technique rapide et efficace à nos experts en sinistres tout en assurant un haut niveau de gestion de données. Elle assure un excellent service à la clientèle et assure que chaque interaction est positive.

Les chefs d’équipe de l’équipe soutien de l’indemnisation exercent avec efficacité un rôle d’encadrement, de
_coaching_ et de motivation auprès du personnel. Ils sont responsables de recevoir, organiser, coordonner et attribuer les nouvelles demandes de règlement dans le systèmeé

De plus les chefs d’équipe doivent élaborer et adopter des pratiques exemplaires à la lumière des normes et des politiques nationales sur le service et la qualité.

Vous excellez en:

- Service à la clientele
- Capacité à organiser le travail, à établir les priorités
- Capacité à reconnaître les problèmes et à appliquer la solution pertinente.

Vous avez:

- Posséder une expérience mínimale de cinq à sept ans en assurance de dommages
- De la facilité avec les outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office.
- De très bonnes capacités de communications.
- Avoir terminé des études postsecondaires ou posséder une expérience de travail équivalente.
- La maitrise du français et de l’anglais
