- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Standard First Aid - CPR-C - AED Certificate
- Grade 12 Secondary School Diploma
- Experience in client services, call center, or security
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependability and strong work ethic

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reviews surveillance cameras in company stores as requested
- Monitors CCTV cameras
- Respond to burglary alarms, supervisory alerts, and other alarms requiring attention.
- Conduct alarm testing on store security systems based on prescribed lists and times.
- Maintain facility access control during prescribed periods.
- Operate and respond to alarms from the fire alarm system, access control system, or other building automated systems.
- Operate and monitor on-site CCTV camera systems.
- Data entry tasks using Microsoft Suites
- Conduct foot patrols and report any incidents on site
- Perform other duties as assigned by company management.
