*Duties:
The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the licensed child care center. They must provide leadership that is consistent with the philosophy of the child care center, and in keeping within the policies and procedures of the Agency. The child care center supervisor is also responsible for program planning, working effectively with staff, working with families and children, financial management, and liaison with governing agencies such as Ministry and Public Health. As well as manage and supervise a team of employees - Communicate effectively with team members and families, payroll, documenting and compliance.
- Early Childhood Educator Diploma,
- Registered with the CECE
- Food handling certificate, vulnerable sector check
- Strong time management skills
- Advanced writing and communication skills
- Computer system knowledge (Administrative, Canva, Microsoft word, excel, CRM, Outlook, CCLS, OCCMS, etc.)
- Managing social media platform
- Conflict management and problem solving
- Ability to work alongside the director and meet daily, monthly, and annual tasks and deadlines
- Advanced comprehension of CCEYA and childcare licensing manual
- Finance management, budgeting, payroll, administration, fee collection
- Role modeling, staff retention, teambuilding, hiring and recruiting
- Ability to multi task and complete multiple requirements as needed
- Inquiry management, sales, enrollments, active touring

*Qualifications* - At least 1 year experience in team management and as a Childcare Supervisor
- Proficient in phone etiquette - Prior experience in Childcare administration is a must.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
