**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating production activities.
- Create and maintain glass files for production documentation.
- Creating and processing purchase orders.
- Communicating and following up with vendors, Negotiating with vendors as needed.
- Help with tracking vendor performance.
- Arrange shipping for purchase orders.
- Help with inventory planning, Categorization & Counting and Making recommendations on stocking levels by analyzing items, demand, costs and vendors.
- Communicating with internal departments and Sales on vendor updates, item updates as needed.
- Lead and help resolve inventory related issues with representatives from other departments throughout the company.
- Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
- Ensures quality of procured items and address problems when they arise.
- Be willing to work in the office as needed to help the team with inventory related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Work independently on assigned duties.
- Balance a variety of competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Must have an excellent computer skills including MS office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google sheets etc.).
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment would be an _**ASSET.**_
- Must possess time management, attention to details, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
