You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You’ll establish, oversee, and improve all the operational activities of your restaurant. Let’s get into a few more specifics:

- Recruit, hire, train, manage, develop, coach and evaluate Team Members. You are their direct mentor
- Create an environment where guests are happii. Motivate your team to spread positive energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience, and work efficiently.
- Manage and optimize Team Member scheduling and labour metrics.
- Maintain optimal food cost ratios through portioning, purchasing, inventory and waste controls.
- Analyze, track and submit key financial/operational results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as well as all other administrative reports.
- Develop and execute on-the-ground marketing tactics to increase sales and traffic.
- Maintain all operational policies and procedures, safety protocols, as well as government regulations.

- Interest in promoting the Freshii mission and strong leadership skills to create a positive team culture
- 2-3 years of retail or quick-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
