Red Stripe has an exciting opportunity for a Change and Communication Lead to be a part of an amazing project team to deliver one of our biggest changes in our history. We are looking for a Talent who can commit for 12 months to be lead, engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels our business.

The Scope?
- Lead, drive and coordinate all change management, transformation and communication activities relating to the project at all levels and across all workstreams
- Support the Project Transition Manager and wider project team with the execution of these activities.
- Be the key point of contact for all change management, transformation and communication activities.
- Manage local communication moments to bring the right level of understanding and interaction to ensure a successful project delivery.
- Work with the Regional Change & Communication Manager to implement the standard materials from the transition toolkit in a way that will fit with Red Stripe culture and operations.
- No direct reports but require a good working relationship across the business and a great set of stakeholder management capabilities.

Your Profile?
- Demonstrated experience in a Change & Communication environment - with a stronger emphasis on the change management required to deliver such a transformation.
- Solid experience of project management activities and able to match these to different communication opportunities.
- Capable of leading business transformation, managing teams through the different aspects of the change curve.
- Able to support the project delivery team with clear communications and activities to support the transition.
- A role model communicator with a clear understanding of how the business operates.
- A team player, who works collaboratively and delivers through others.
- Ideally university educated - with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree - and proficient in working in English.
