Service Appointment Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Prior service advisor or appointment coordinator experience in an automobile dealership preferred but not required.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently
- Proper telephone etiquette

Duties will include:

- Answering incoming service appointment phone calls
- Booking Appointments for both service department and detailing department
- Cross training as a service advisor to cover vacations
