As our new Talent Attraction Manager, you will be energetic, passionate, resourceful, and nimble in your ability to attract and source talent for our various creative departments.

You will manage the search for talent, finding us the best and brightest minds in the business and across the globe to grow our international offices. Your focus is on sourcing, attracting, and maintaining relationships with top talent, consistent with Jam3’s brand, business strategy, and culture. You will be the ultimate Jambassador, using your infectious positivity to get people to join Jam3, sometimes “virtually” crossing oceans to do so

**The Real Opportunity**
- You will bring at least 6 years of talent attraction/headhunting prowess within the Digital & Design Agency environment.
- Your focus will be to attract the world’s best Creative minds; if you can lend international recruitment experience that’s a plus
- You will manage and maintain the talent prospect pool by proactively recommending talent to hiring managers
- You will be juggling 10 to 15 open hires in tandem, as well as establishing a proactive talent pipeline
- Finding unique and specialized talent through award shows, conferences, meetups, etc.
- Research and make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
- Contribute to our freelance roster growth by recommending talent
- Excellent judgment in time management and prioritizing, with little direction
- You’re a go-getter, self-starter and networker. Networking is truly natural to you.
- Consultative approach to recruiting, offering scalable solutions, with proven success in hiring right
- Savvy negotiator, leaned on by Hiring Managers for skills in negotiating for the company
- A great listener, in tune with our teams and people’s needs
