**Job description**:

- Meets with and advise the major account customer about equipment rentals.
- Ensures that rental terms and conditions are respected.
- Explains to customers how products work.
- Opens work orders on return of equipment.
- Prepares pick-up ticket.
- Follows up on open contracts.
- Closes and balances cash register.
- Dispatch with internal and external transport companies

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma and/or DEP in Sales, an asset, combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer services
- Knowledge of industrial and construction equipment
- Knowledge of computer software
- Experience in tools rental, an asset
- Good mechanical understanding
- Ability to multi task
