Join the sweetest ride in town We’re a vibrant, community-focused ice cream bike company, inspired by the classic Dickie Dee experience, bringing frosty treats and nostalgic joy to neighborhoods, events, and festivals. Our pedal-powered carts serve up premium ice cream, popsicles, and smiles to customers of all ages.
**This is a retail ice cream bike business. **The job consists of riding the ice cream bike outdoors**. Responsibilities for Retail Shifts:
- Operate an ice cream bike during scheduled hours
- Replenish inventory to as needed to maintain a full selection in the bike
- Use the debit and credit machine to process transactions
- Promote products through positive social interactions with passerby
- Maintain a clean and professional display throughout your shift
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
**Requirements**:
- Passion for sales
- Responsible, ambitious and hardworking
- Preferred availability for all weekends and holidays
- Preferred 1 year customer service experience
- Access to a smart phone with a reliable call and data connection
- Preferably hiring students as per provincial mandates
**$17.50 an hour + tips (8 hour shifts approximately) Tips have typically averaged $4-5 an hour, so earning at least $20 an hour is a conservative expectation**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-4 months
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
