**IT Business Relationship Manager (Hybrid Remote)**

Reports to: Group Head of IT in Australia

Location: Vancouver, BC

In this newly created role, the **IT Business Relationship Manager **will be the focal point of ITengagement for COBS Bread. they will collaborate with senior business management while consult with Australia’s Group Head of IT and IT Portfolio Managers to ensure that the IT capabilities and strategies support the business strategy. In addition, the role will provide strategic leadership in highlighting key technology trends to benefit COBS Bread, they will also engage and manage local vendors to ensure successful execution of local IT initiatives.

**Responsibilities includes**:

- Act as a point of engagement for IT initiatives and perform early lifecycle triage that feeds into the relevant IT portfolios
- Represent the needs of COBS Bread by providing input to the Global IT strategy formulation after engaging with key stakeholders to determine priorities and challenges
- Present and seek endorsement from senior management to localize the Global IT strategies
- Establish and maintain local vendors relationships by effectively communicating the IT strategic direction while ensuring they are accountable to their deliverables
- Attend account management meetings to monitor and drive vendor performance
- Coordinate change management activities when implementing IT projects
- Recruit and manage people when addition resources are needed to support the local IT Team that will deliver the project

**Requirements**:
**What you bring to the table**
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution architecture, Senior Project Management, a similar role or combination of the above
- Demonstrated ability to develop, refresh and implement IT solutions and strategies aligned with the company’s priorities and strategic plans.
- Excellent Business Acumen and understanding of breath of capabilities required to operate a medium sized business
- Experience engaging and managing vendors for transformational and ongoing support services
- Extensive experience with project and program management initiating and executing on major change programs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and quick to build rapport with all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills including written and oral communication
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work within a team environment.
- Passionate and committed to a high work ethic and professional standard
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to travel, and possess a valid provincial driver's licence
- Experience working with franchisees or franchise environment is an asset
- Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification preferred
