**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist faculty in designing and implementing engaging instructional strategies for online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning environments.
- Analyze program requirements, align course learning objectives with existing competencies, tools, and services, and deliver well-structured, effective curriculum solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on instructional delivery methods, helping faculty optimize teaching strategies for student success.
- Work closely with the academic team to further the mission of Anderson College through innovation and excellence in curriculum development.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of curriculum materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with accreditation standards.
- Research and integrate emerging trends in instructional design to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain precise documentation to ensure consistency and quality in curriculum updates.
- Support faculty and staff in curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to broader educational initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze curriculum frameworks, identify gaps, and implement impactful revisions.
- 4 Year degree or equivalent in; Education, Curriculum and/or Instructional Design, Adult Teaching, Educational Technologies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and instructional program design.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate educational objectives into effective learning experiences.
- Expertise in compliance standards and regulatory requirements for educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to precision and excellence.
