**Summary**

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Crane Creations Theatre Company in Mississauga. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patrons, renters and artists, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks that support our mission.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front-of-house operations during performances and events.
- Supervise and coordinate volunteer ushers and ticketing staff.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for patrons.
- Oversee ticketing operations and handle inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor venue cleanliness and readiness before and after events.

**Requirements**:
**MUST BE A STUDENT (16 -29) WHO IS IN SCHOOL OR INTENDING TO RETURN TO SCHOOL (High school, college, CEGEP, or University)**
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Cleanliness and obsession with tidying up and organizing the space is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with dealing with stressful, fast paced events and multiple clients.
- Ability to set boundaries and enforce rules.
- Ability to prepare and serve small drinks and snacks (coffee, tea, cookies).

Language Skills
- Intermediate ENGLISH written, oral, & reading capability
- Basic FRENCH written, oral, & reading capability

*Driver License required*

*Access to reliable form of transportation*

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour
