Service appointments to be booked to keep service technicians and apprentices busy without overloading._ - **2**. _Make outbound service calls based on scripts for_ - a. _Appointment confirmations_ - b. _Missed appointments_ - c. _On star Dealer Notifications/Internet requests_ - d. _Defector calls_ - e. _Recommended maintenance calls_ - f. _Campaign calls_ - g. _Other Dealer Direct leads as required _ - **3. ** _Communicate with service manager and or General Manager daily about activities for the day._ - 4. _Global connect activities such as _ - a. _Zset Accessories for warranty registration_ - b. _Update customer address or vehicle changes with GM_ - c. _GM mail_ - 5. _Maintain telephone list for the Dealership_ - 6. _Sort and distribute incoming mail_ - 7. _Send out Thank you cards and Birthday cards_ - 8. _As required order business cards, toner cartridges, prepare FedEx shipments, _ - 9. _Other various duties as required by managers_ - 10. _Work on cash when required as a backup._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week **Benefits**: - Company pension - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Application question(s): - How many years experience do you have as an appointment coordinator ?
