**JOB SUMMARY**

As a key part of our creative team, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for various platforms, particularly social media. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, resourceful, and eager to push the boundaries of visual media.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content, including brand campaigns, product features, interviews, event coverage, and social media reels.
- Edit videos to align with brand aesthetics, ensuring they are engaging, polished, and optimized for specific platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align video content with overall campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure video content meets project goals and objectives.
- **Trendspotting & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest videography techniques, editing software, and social media trends to produce cutting-edge content.
- Bring forward fresh ideas and innovative approaches to elevate visual storytelling.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of raw footage and final edits.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support local and national marketing campaigns with video content for events, community launches, and in-store activations.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Tailor video content to maximize engagement, considering platform-specific requirements and audience behavior.
- Continuously analyze video performance to refine strategies and improve impact.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Photography skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are an asset.
