**Full Time, Permanent**

**Monday to Friday with Alternative Saturdays**

**Must be able to do Revolving Shift: 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 7pm**

**Must be able to work at 2 locations (Niagara Falls & St. Catharines)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of office time.
- Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, and maintain patient records.
- Verify patient insurance details and process billing.
- Manage phone lines and respond to patient inquiries.
- Assist with office administration and coordinate between the dental staff and patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental office.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology.
- Proficient in dental software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work a **revolving shift** schedule, including potential weekend shifts.
- Willingness to work across **2 locations** as required.
