Our relationship with our clients and vendors are the most important aspect of this job, second to that is our detailed planning skills.

We are looking for an event promoter who would be responsible for generating interest and excitement for events such as events, conferences, product launches, or other gatherings. They work to increase attendance, ticket sales, and overall visibility of the event.
- Promote each event and art opening receptions to bring more people at each event.
- Network with clients and create repeat customers.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and other relevant parties to secure media coverage, interviews, features, and event listings, thereby increasing event exposure and credibility.
- Engage with the local community, industry networks, and relevant interest groups to build relationships, foster word-of-mouth promotion, and encourage participation in the event.
- Contact corporate clients to book our venue for different events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event promotion, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$500.00 per day

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
