We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Finance Manager **to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our new car sales deals.

Role Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations related to new car sales, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize dealership profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide customers with financing options that best meet their needs.
- Present financing options and assist customers in completing financing paperwork.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any financing concerns.
- Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable financing options for customers.
- Monitor and manage lender performance to ensure optimal financing solutions.
- Keep meticulous records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.

What we expect from you:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lending practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Valid Driver's license.
