**Who are we looking for?**

**Primary tasks**:

- Scheduling showings between occupants and prospective tenant(s)
- Conducting showings
- Providing Leasing team with feedback from showing
- Conducting pictures & virtual tours of reoccurring properties and inputting them on our website
- Assist service with: Reoccurring lockbox & sign installations, attend property inspection appointments and mail pick up

**Secondary tasks**:

- Agent booking requests
- Phones
- Pricing for reoccurring set ups
- Pricing for owner updates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
