At St. Catharines Mazda, we are proud to showcase our new and pre-owned Mazda vehicles, as well as offer after-sales services in St. Catharines and surrounding areas.

**Role Description**

We are looking for a hard working and motivated individual who is willing to work with our team. Full time hours, on a competitive commission-based pay plan. This is a on-site Salesperson role located in St. Catharines, ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, answering any questions they have, demonstrating vehicle features, and providing test drives. The Salesperson will also work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and customer relationship management tools
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred

Automotive retail experience is preferred but not required. We will train you to become a top Sales and Leasing Representative.

**Required licenses or certifications**:

- Driver's Licence
- OMVIC Certified - or willing to obtain

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
