**About us**

WDDC is looking to hire a full-time team member to fill the QPIC/QA Manager role in the Winnipeg facility.

**Position Overview**:

- The primary duties of this position are:

- Narcotic/Controlled/Targeted/Precursor Drug Inventory management including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, inventory counts, and monthly and annual reporting to Health Canada.
- Lead Auditor for internal audits and liaison for external auditors (OCS, GMP, ISO 9001, CFIA, Distributors)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to QPI maintain licensing (GMP, ISO 9001, NCR & PCR)
- Develop, review and maintain SOPs, work instructions and other controlled documents and maintain records of employee training
- Change Control
- Recalls
- Non-Conformance Investigations
- Temperature monitoring & Packaging Qualification
- Management of 3PL Distribution Agreements, including import receipts, order processing, etc.
- Quality Agreement reviews & approval
- This role involves significant computer-based tasks and physical work, including lifting, carrying, order picking/packing, and occasional work in refrigerated environments

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.

**Education Requirements**:
Must hold a diploma, certificate or credential awarded by a post-secondary educational institution in Canada in a field or occupation that is relevant to their duties, such as pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy technician, laboratory technician, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs or supply chain management or security.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
