**Summary**

As a Lead Hand in the warehouse, at Duradek Canada, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency in the picking, packing and shipping and receiving processes. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the vinyl decking industry. There is room for growth in this position in the future.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff (3) to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of order picking and integrity.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various projects in the warehouse and facility.
- Help with facility maintenance
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in warehouse activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and time management.
- Forklift experience
- Power tool experience
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Handyman skills
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Valid drivers license class 5
- Good math skills
- Good computer skills

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
