Agra Risk Solutions is an agricultural management and consulting firm specializing in the trade, marketing, finance, operations and risk management of livestock and grain commodities. Our team's decades of experience have earned us a place as trusted advisors to Western Canadian agricultural producers, investors and institutions to manage and invest in livestock and grain initiatives globally.

**Position Summary**:
This is a full time, in person position. Located in Strathmore, Alberta

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive and company team
- Take initiative on special projects and tasks as assigned
- Track, trade and assist in market trading and risk management

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or other relevant tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Trading, Market Analysis and Risk Management would be an asset
- Knowledge or background in agriculture, cattle operations, or finance would be preferred

- Experience working with senior leadership or in a high-growth, fast paced environment

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
