We are looking for:
Corporate Store Supervisor

Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

**Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday.**

**Position Summary**

A Store Supervisor assists in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
- Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilitiy
- Delegate tasks amongst employees
- Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
- Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
- Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
- Restock store shelves
- Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Handler and Food Safe Certification, an asset
- Standard First Aid Certificate, an asset
- 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment (Food Retail experience is an asset)
- 2 - 3 years’ experience working under pressure, multi-tasking and managing time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- 2 - 3 years’ experience leading and supervising a team
- 2 - 3 year working experience in a professional environment handling confidential information
- 2-3 years’ experience servicing and resolving customer concerns
- Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and customer service oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more as required
