Ryu is a high-end sushi restaurant looking to hire **_Experienced Maki Cooks _**to join its restaurant group.

**SALARY**: 21-25$ /H
**SCHEDULE**: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, Evenings
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Expertly cut, slice, and fillet different types of fish
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes respecting guidelines on quality, portion size, and presentation;
- Assist in daily food preparations and inventory management
- Maintain a clean work environment, as well as adhere to the restaurant's sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene measures

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3 years of sushi experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Willingness, knowledge, and ability to execute sushi cuisine
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
- **Must live in Montreal and/or have a valid Canadian working visa**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
