**Project Facilitator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Lead meetings and workshops to drive project progress
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes
- Utilize data collection tools to gather and analyze project information
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts
- Mentorship and support to youth mentees.
- Facilitate mentorship relationships with youth and elders, seniors and professionals.
- Co-facilitate mentorship workshops and programs.
- Support development of online modules.
- Maintain client confidentiality and client records.

**Skills**:

- Leadership abilities to guide teams towards project goals
- Communication and team collaboration, i.e., maintaining positive relationships.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Community partnership and development.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and establish personal career goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
