**You**:
Our Brand Ambassador / Budtender will be our frontline to providing an exceptional experience to our valued customers that will leave a lasting impression which ensures their repeated return to Cottontail Cannabis. You will share your sound knowledge and enthusiasm in an environment that encapsulates our “Live Easy” mantra.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Educate and support customers in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions ensuring compliance with all store operating procedures and legislation
- Deliver a high level of customer service, meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Store maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including proper up-keep of the phone, utilities, technology, repairs, stock and supplies

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification is an asset but can be acquired during the hiring process (you must have this certification to begin employment).
- Superior communication skills, detail oriented, great time management, strong budgetary skills, ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Desire and ability to develop a positive, in-depth understanding of cannabis

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We will be compliant with all current Manitoba Health Orders. Customers mask use is optional, staff are required to wear a mask, we will regularly sanitize common areas and surfaces, and precautions will be visibly posted.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
