This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing driven individual to provide direct support to one of Birchwood Automotive Group’s most dynamic teams. In this role, the Brand Ambassador will provide customer service and refreshments to our customers at Birchwood Volvo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily opening and closing of the lounge
- Ensuring music is played throughout the day
- Serving hot and cold coffee and treats to any passers-by
- Friendly disposition and willingness to engage customers
- Being a Volvo brand ambassador and representative

**Shift Details**: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Monday-Saturday

Sunday/Thursday OFF

**Qualifications**:

- An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to succeed
- Self-motivation and a passion for customer service
- Sensitivity toward customers and a strong interest in exceeding their expectations
- Respect, honesty and integrity
- 1-3 years in a customer focused role is an asset but not required.
- A valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to work is required.
