**Job Overview**

Independent Rent A Car Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Representative / Vehicle Detailer to join our team. This role is a combination of front desk customer service and operational responsibilities, including ensuring cars are clean and ready for the next rental. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers at the front desk and assist with rental inquiries and bookings.
- Handle customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.

**Car Maintenance**:

- Inspect, clean, and prepare vehicles after customer returns to ensure they are in excellent condition for the next rental.
- Perform basic maintenance checks such as fluid levels and tire pressure.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Use computer systems and the internet for processing bookings, updating records, and generating invoices.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and availability to optimize rentals.

**Detail-Oriented Tasks**:

- Accurately review rental agreements and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Pay attention to subtle details and “read between the lines” to deliver outstanding service.

**Requirements**:

- Valid License:

- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License or a valid International Driver’s License.

Pay: $19.00-$27.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Weekends as needed
