**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the leasing process for new residents, including all administrative tasks and documentation.
- Track leasing metrics: vacancies, new leases, renewals, move-ins/outs, and notices.
- Facilitate lease signing and ensure timely, accurate completion of all tenancy documents.
- Maintain and manage a database of prospective residents and leads.
- Collect and deposit rent and other receivables using industry software (Yardi, Property Vista).
- Ensure compliance with the **BC Residential Tenancy Act**.
- Provide outstanding customer service and effectively address resident concerns.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Experience in residential property management or real estate environment an asset.
- At least 1-year experience in a similar administrative role.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the **BC Residential Tenancy Act** and resident-landlord legislation.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and willing to learn systems like Yardi and Property Vista.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic accounting skills and comfort working with numbers.
- Team-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
