Calgary, Canada Cobb's Exotic Animal Rescue and Education Foundation Full time

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of both our amusement park and all point-of-sale locations, including the Food Truck, Ice Cream Shoppe, Ticket Booth, and General Store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all point-of-sale systems and operations for the Food Truck, Ice Cream Shoppe, Ticket Booth, and General Store.
- Supervise the amusement park side, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient operation of attractions.
- Manage food preparation and service, inventory control, and compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the Food Truck and Ice Cream Shoppe.
- Lead and support supervisory staff, ensuring strong team dynamics and high-quality customer service.
- Approve payroll and ensure accurate reporting for all supervised departments.
- Operate and train others on park equipment including farm tractors, pickup trucks, Kubotas, and eventually the skid steer and 5-ton truck as needed.
- Support special events, maintenance coordination, and daily troubleshooting to ensure smooth park operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a park, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Comfortable managing teams and making decisions under pressure.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory control.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate park vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the park season.
