The Outside Sales Manager is an expert of the entire MC Dispatch portfolio of services. This position is responsible for developing prospects into customers for MC Dispatch and responsible for executing the full sales life cycle, developing, and sustaining a broad customer base and expanding our company's market share. This role is responsible for working with customers and developing proposals to address their courier and delivery needs. The sales representative plays a key role in the attainment of MC Dispatch’s mission by securing business that generates profit and creates ongoing business relationship opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Proven success in Business Development
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within various industry sectors and geographic territories
- Proven ability to build and maintain a solid pipeline
- Excellent communication of company value offerings to potential clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Ability to provide customer service and support
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
- Report on activity and opportunities to Management (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
- Enter, track and update leads and prospects daily
- Create other sales opportunities by identifying, promoting, and suggesting other appropriate items
- Establish and build long term business relationship resulting in completed sales
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and accountability to KPI’s
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customer contacts
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Meet and exceed the company's service standards and sales goals on a consistent basis
- Provide one on one training to all new customers with our Proprietary On-Line Booking System
- Achieve quota by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
