**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Debt Solutions Assistant (DSA) to support our Debt Solutions Managers (DSM) in facilitating the management and coordination of the insolvency process, including Consumer Proposals and Bankruptcies. As a DSA, your primary responsibility will be to assist our DSMs in providing exceptional customer care throughout the debt relief journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with DSMs to assess clients' financial situations and determine suitable debt relief solutions, whether through bankruptcy or consumer proposals.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients during each stage of their engagement with our services.
- Coordinate and schedule final meetings with clients to facilitate the signing of required paperwork and address any outstanding issues.
- Proficiently update client information in the CRM system at various stages of the sales process to track the status of client engagements.
- Foster and maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients throughout the administration of their files.
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings with management to discuss progress and share insights.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education with a focus on sales or related field.
- Prior experience in insolvency or finance.
- Demonstrated ambition and the ability to network, develop, and expand the business.
- Strong emphasis on teamwork, exceptional client service, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer-facing, presentation, and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to following up and fulfilling client commitments consistently.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
- Willingness to complete or have completed the BIA Administrator Insolvency Course and credit counseling course.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
