**Job Title**:Autobody Technician - Flat Rate Pay**
**Location**: Uxbridge, Ontario

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Compensation**:Flat Rate: $22-$26 per hour**, based on efficiency and skill level
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Who We're Looking For**

We’re seeking a **Licensed Autobody Technician** with **5+ years of hands-on experience** who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment. You should be capable of performing all aspects of structural and non-structural repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and welding
- Complete full disassembly and reassembly of vehicles as part of the repair process
- Restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications using OEM and industry repair standards
- Replace or repair front-end components, doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids, underbody parts
- File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces in preparation for painting
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality finish and documented accordingly
- Work collaboratively with estimators and painters to meet repair deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use proper tools and follow all safety regulations
- Accurately track labor time through flat rate system and complete repairs within promised timelines
- Adhere to all Fix Auto and provincial repair guidelines and procedures

- **Required Qualifications**:

- 310B Licensed Autobody Technician (or Red Seal equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable autobody repair experience
- Strong knowledge of structural, frame, and cosmetic repairs
- Proficient in MIG welding, body fillers, dent pulling, sanding, and panel alignment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license
