Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prepper Painter located in Uxbridge, ON. The Prepper Painter will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces. Additionally, the role involves mixing and applying coatings, including spray painting and touch-ups, to achieve high-quality finishes. Ensuring the work area is clean, organized, and follows safety protocols will also be a key responsibility. Collaborating with team members to maintain a productive and efficient work environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paint and Painting, with attention to detail and precision
• Experience in Painting and Decorating techniques
• Understanding of Coatings and application methods
• Skills in Spray Painting and related processes
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and protocols
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as sanding and lifting equipment
• Previous experience in an auto body shop or a similar environment is an asset
