**Responsibilities**:

- Technicians will be responsible for driving from job to job ensure quality work and daily checklists are completed fully and accurately.
- Clean windows, siding, eaves, and gutters of residential properties, ensuring spotless and streak-free results.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including ladders and extension poles hard to reach high windows and gutters.
- Inspect windows and eaves for damage or potential issues and report findings to the client.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, including proper ladder use and fall protection procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to answer questions or address concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
- Ensure that all work areas are left clean and free of debris after the job is completed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lead a team of workers providing direction and support, multi-tasking, being responsible for ones own actions. Reporting directly to the manager on a daily basis.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
