**Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)**
**Reports to**: General Manager / Studio Owner

**Position Overview**:
The AGM will support the General Manager in daily studio operations, with a strong focus on membership sales, member retention, team support, and creating an outstanding studio culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new membership sales through in-studio intros, calls, texts, and community outreach
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
- Support the GM in managing front desk staff and fostering a positive, accountable team environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, inventory, and day-to-day studio needs
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating smoothly
- Step in and lead by example when challenges arise
- Represent the Club Pilates brand and studio values with professionalism and enthusiasm

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience (fitness sales a strong plus)
- Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Positive, coachable, and adaptable with a solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Weekend and evening availability required

**Compensation**:
Hourly pay + commission + bonuses
Complimentary studio membership
Opportunities for advancement

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
