Marketing Content Coordinator - Internship (6 months)

The company

The Customer Development team at FTEX is key to demonstrating our product and service leadership in Quebec’s EV space. Come and join our Montreal team and play a critical role in delivering a regular schedule of communications across all of FTEX platforms about our world-class product to our clients throughout North America and the world

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and publish content for social media channels respecting the brand tone and audience interests
- Produce and publish content for website and landing pages respecting the brand tone and audience interests
- Assist in the production and distribution of press releases as required
- Coordinate the production of image and video content to go along all communications and digital properties
- Streamline content production and distribution process, continuously updating content to reflect client's current concerns/requirements and how FTEX satisfied them
- Implement clients’ feedback about communications in a timely fashion to support client satisfaction
- Responsible for any print production, small or large format and for trade show coordination.
- Establish FTEX external communications as a top priority for the MRK team and as a reference in the industry
- Responsibilities common to all FTEX teammates:
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a concentration in communications or journalism or entrepreneurship.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in B2B environments and motor control / power electronics is an asset.
- Autonomy and leadership for managing multiple projects and priorities in line with targeted goals, strong projects management and organizational skills, as well as developed problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership skills and team oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior English and French proficiency required.

Compensation and benefits:
/ Possibility of permanent role post internship
- Salary range: 50 000 to 60 000 CAD per year, depending on experience
- Flexible working hours
- 4 weeks of vacation (2 weeks off company-wide during December Holidays, and 2 additional weeks of paid leave)
- Convenient location in Montreal’s St-Henri neighborhood, with free street parking available, bike paths and fantastic restaurants

Vos responsabilités
- Produire et publier du contenu pour les canaux de médias sociaux en respectant le ton de la marque et les intérêts du public.
- Produire et publier du contenu pour le site Web et les pages de renvoi en respectant le ton de la marque et les intérêts du public.
- Participer à la production et à la diffusion de communiqués de presse, le cas échéant.
- Coordonner la production d'images et de vidéos pour accompagner toutes les communications et les propriétés numériques.
- Rationaliser le processus de production et de distribution du contenu, en mettant continuellement à jour le contenu pour refléter les préoccupations/exigences actuelles des clients et la manière dont FTEX les a satisfaites.
- Mettre en œuvre les commentaires des clients sur les communications de manière opportune afin de soutenir la satisfaction des clients.
- Responsable de toute production imprimée, petit ou grand format, et de la coordination des salons professionnels.
- Faire des communications externes de FTEX une priorité absolue pour l'équipe MRK et une référence dans le secteur.

Votre formation
- Baccalauréat en marketing avec une concentration en communications ou en journalisme ou en entrepreneuriat.
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Une expérience dans les environnements B2B et dans le contrôle des moteurs / l'électron
