We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team this season. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has strong organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Communications:_
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Provide consistent communication to clients regarding property transactions, including online statistics, showing summaries, and comparable property sales.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Create and distribute newsletters, market updates, and other engagement materials.
- Address client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Bookkeeping:_
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transaction details.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for the team.
- Track and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service, communications, or bookkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software, accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with real estate transactions or seasonal businesses is an asset.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours.
