**Responsibilities**:

- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear and concise language for Statements of Work.
- Create detailed and accurate SOWs that clearly outline project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Edit and proofread SOWs for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Revise and update SOW templates as necessary to reflect changes in company policies, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
- Ensure that SOWs adhere to company branding guidelines and formatting standards.
- integrating product templates
- commercializing product offerings
- reviewing our vendor agreements in order to ensure compliance in reselling and supporting vendor provided software/services.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to review and finalize SOWs.
- Maintain a repository of SOWs and related documentation for reference and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, project management methodologies, and legal standards related to Statements of Work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry, creating product documentation and legal templates.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and understanding of intellectual property rights and contract law.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown is desirable.
