**BrainBox AI** utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings.

Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

As a Technical Writer at **BrainBox AI**, you will play a pivotal role in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive user documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on developing user guides, tutorials, feature documentation, release notes, and other technical materials to support our digital properties

**What you will do**:

- Craft user-friendly documentation for internal and external end-users, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation such as technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Keep documentation current with the latest product releases.
- Produce release notes to inform internal/external users about new features, enhancements, and fixes.
- Continuously enhance existing documentation based on user feedback and product changes.
- Conduct reviews and audits of documentation to maintain quality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address user documentation-related inquiries and issues.
- Contribute to defining our team's writing standards, processes, and best practices.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or software development industry.
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp complex concepts rapidly.
- Proficiency with documentation collaboration tools such as Confluence.
