**Skilled Landscape Labourer**
Saunders Landscaping is looking for full-time Skilled Landscape Labourers for our 2025 Landscape season. We are a commercial landscape construction company that works in Calgary and surrounding area. Our crews work Monday-Saturday.
The position starts at $23.00 - $26.00/hour, however, advancement is possible if you display a strong work ethic.
You must be able to get to site(s) daily, have a hard hat and steel toed boots.
The Skilled Landscape Labourer will act as a lead hand to assist landscapers/supervisors in training of labourers. You will be expected to complete the following duties with mínimal supervision.
**Duties include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Installing sod and mulch
- Assist with hand leveling/grading loam (shoveling/raking)
- Plant trees and shrubs
- Assist with irrigation system installations
- Assist with paver installation
- Haul materials by hand and wheelbarrow
- Assist with Retaining wall construction
- Assist with woodwork including fences, decks, pergolas, etc.
- Abide by Saunders Landscaping Safety Program
**Previous landscaping experience is required for this position.**
