Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through meticulous inspection and analysis. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:
1. Verify materials are used within allotted expiry dates - verify that acceptable shelf life and out time values of materials being used within the clean room are within acceptable ranges as defined by the work instructions and customer specifications.

2. Perform freezer checks to ensure materials are being stored at specified temperatures and in the correct and specified manner,

3. Verify and approve of incoming materials, tools, in-process parts and finished parts by confirming their conformance to drawings and/or specifications through visual and measurement tests.

4. Ensure that composite part lay ups and metal to metal bond lay up operations are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors in accordance with company, customer and industry standards.

5. Ensure that there is no FOD incorporated into any composite or metal to metal bonded lay up operations and that there is no FOD embedded in any layup parts.

6. Perform detailed visual inspection of lay up operations and processes during part lay ups including the verification of the orientation of prepreg material in the lay up to ensure that compliance with drawing and work instruction requirements is maintained

7. Ensure that traceability on all materials, tools, parts and operations is maintained

8. Perform inspection operations on all activities in the clean room and for various other related processes including preparation of layup moulds, cutting of plies and adhesive film, potting of cores, debulking of plies, of parts, leak checks on vacuum bag assemblies and validation of cure cycles.

9. Verify the environmental conditions and overall cleanliness of the bond shop is maintained

10. Generate and issue Discrepant Material Reports for non-conforming materials and/or products

11. Use and maintain quarantine holding areas

12. Document inspection results by completing reports such as First Article Reports, Inspection Reports, Quality Forms, etc.

13. Review and verify certification documentation for compliance to drawings and/or specifications

14. Review records, test reports, production forms, etc. for accuracy and completeness.

15. Ensure all measurement equipment is calibrated on schedule and preventative maintenance is performed as required.

16. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects

17. Support and participate in QC activities

18. Participate as needed in customer, regulatory and internal audits

19. Scan, file and maintain documentation to maintain records and traceability

20. Use blueprints, drawings, precision measuring instruments

21. Ensure parts are properly stored, wrapped

22. Support Company Goals and Objectives

23. May perform other related duties as required by the company
