**Job Summary**:
As a Bond Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining bonding equipment, executing a wide range of bonding operations, inspecting jigs for quality assurance, and ensuring that all work adheres to customer-specific requirements and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain bonding equipment, including tanks, presses, and curing ovens.
- Inspect jigs to ensure alignment, precision, and compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct tests for plating thickness, material quality, and tank conditions.
- Operate equipment such as autoclaves, vacuum systems, humidity chambers, and waterjets.
- Handle tasks like debagging, tool preparation, edge filling, sealing, and core cutting.
- Utilize tools such as sandblasters, media blasters, and band saws for material preparation.
- Conduct vacuum bag leak checks and ensure proper bonding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards in all operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and meet production goals.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an asset.
- Proficiency in operating bonding equipment and tools, with a thorough understanding of bonding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures precision and quality in all bonding tasks to meet customer-specific requirements.
- **Safety-Oriented**: Adheres to legislated safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Independent Worker**: Capable of working with mínimal supervision, using sound judgment to plan and execute tasks effectively.
- **Physical Stamina**: Comfortable with standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and working in environments with moderate noise, dust, and heat.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week
