**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using Tracker dental software.
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Processing patient information and insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assisting with billing inquiries and payment processing at the front desk.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.

**Skills**
- Proficiency with insurance knowledge, processing insurance claims, managing preauthorizations.
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Dental Receptionist and have taken the dental reception course (CDA's are welcome).
- Experience using Tracker software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
