**Responsibilities**:
**Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you will**:
Conduct detailed revenue, expense, and balance sheet analyses to support organizational leaders.
Lead the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Perform monthly variance analyses, identifying risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
Oversee margin analysis, focusing on product profitability and proposing improvement strategies.
Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance across the organization.
Act as the primary liaison for business partners regarding budget tracking and financial insights.
Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end close to resolve discrepancies.
Enhance the organization’s costing system for greater operational efficiency.
A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA designation preferred)
Over 3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar analytical role
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Expertise in Excel
Deep understanding of ERP systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
