Full Time Building Caretaker

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for the right individual. Duties include but are not limited to: general building operations, assistance to Strata Agent, Council, Residents, Concierge and trades as required.

General responsibilities:

- common area property inspections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Conflict resolution skills and sound judgement.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Yardi)
- Experience with helping maintain building and mechanical systems.
- Handyman skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a building supervisor/manager is ideal.
- Self-starter with excellent work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- On call duties (evening and weekends).
- Must have own vehicle.
