- The Deployment Specialist is responsible for outsourcing graphics utilizing an established network of third party partners and assisting the Operations team with pre-show planning. They will drive quality control standards for graphic production and confirm partners are following established procedures. They will be the primary point of contact between the Freeman team and third party partners, ensuring all teams are aligned.- This position is located in Toronto supporting our Operations team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Outsources graphic production needs to appropriate third party partners
- Primary point of contact for third party partners and Freeman event support team
- Travels to show site when scheduled for supporting graphic needs
- Works closely with Freeman team from planning phase through show close
- Drives quality control with third party partners to ensure deliverables meet GPO details
- Oversight of graphic invoicing, verifying accuracy with services rendered
- Assists with Event Inventory System, pre-show planning, carpet outsourcing, and floor plan printing for the Operations team
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**:

- Experience in the live events space is preferred
- Knowledge of graphics products and services is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask for managing a number of projects
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
