We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our innovative software company. If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and are skilled at demonstrating software and hardware solutions tailored to customer needs, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate our software app.
- **Configuration & Pricing**: Assist customers and resellers with solution configuration and pricing.
- **Installation Support**: Provide expert guidance and support during the installation process.
- **Customer Training**: Deliver comprehensive training to help customers maximize the benefits of our solutions.
- **Customer Focused**: Quickly understand customer needs and provide on-the-fly demonstrations.
- **Computer Savvy**: Possess a solid understanding of available computer hardware, peripherals and software options. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows eco-system
- **Adaptable**: Flexibly adapt to different customer setups and environments.
- **Educator**: Have a good grasp of teaching and training methodologies.
- **Camera Ready**: Comfortable in front of a camera, has some camera presence, and able to record short for content, training videos and support social media with content.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
