We are hiring for:
The **National Bank Open** is a tennis tournament that takes place from August 5th-13th.

**Description**:Cashiers will use the register/point of sale unit to ring in customer’s purchases. They will work with their team to provide friendly, timely and accurate service to guests. They should have a good understanding of what menu items are available at their location and where they are located on the POS system. For any alcohol sold they will need to utilize their Smart Serve training to ensure proper procedures are followed. They will be responsible for ensuring the client’s order has been completed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all orders are assembled and filled correctly in the most efficient way possible.
- Work with the cashier to ensure the best customer service to all guests that visit the concession.
- Assist in setting up the area, duties to include brewing coffee, and heating water for tea, setting up the coffee station, stock and set-up the condiment station, stock fridges and ensure that merchandisers are stocked and out on the counters.
- Assist in any way needed to get the order together for the guest.
- Practice teamwork and help out co-workers.
- During slow times, replenish fridges, merchandisers, clean-up area, and empty garbage and get stock from storage areas if needed.

**Required**:SmartServe Certification

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
